This privately owned Antigua villa rental sits in a superb location with magnificent views over Falmouth Harbour and includes unique options for sailing on the owner's private yacht.
Villa amenities include private swimming pool, large sundeck with 7 seater jacuzzi, gazebo & bar. There is a spacious shaded seating area and al fresco dining can be enjoyed on the covered patio overlooking the pool and sea view.
The villa has flexible accommodation and is available with any number of bedrooms from 2 to 6 depending on the size and mix of your group (with discounted rates for smaller groups). The maximum number that can be accommodated is 18. Maid service is included during your stay.
The living room is enclosed by glass sliding doors with one side overlooking the courtyard and the other the pool, sundeck & views. There is plenty of seating available on three sofas. For your entertainment there is a stereo system, satellite TV, VCR, DVD (all world system), a comprehensive library and a selection of cards/games.
The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, food processor and all cutlery, crockery and glassware. There is an attractive breakfast bar on the living room side of the open plan kitchen.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms have their own bathrooms, celing fans and hair dryers. All except the Green Room have air-conditioning.
- The Blue room overlooks the pool and view. It has an en-suite bathroom and can be configured as a double, twin or triple.
- The Silver room overlooks the courtyard. It has an adjoining bathroom and may be a double or up to 4 singles.
- The Red room has an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower room. It may be a double, twin or triple. There is a connecting door to the Yellow Room
- The Yellow room has a vanity unit and an adjoining exterior bathroom. It may be a double or up to 4 singles (in 2 sets bunk-beds)
- The Burgundy room is one level below the Villa. It has an en-suite bathroom and can be a double or twin.
- The Green Room is a garden room with wrought iron walls on the shady, cooler side of the patio. It is the perfect place to relax during the heat of the day. With a queen size sofabed and an en-suite bathroom together with drapes for privacy, it may be used as a sixth bedroom.

Antigua is located in the middle of the Leeward Islands in the eastern Caribbean, roughly 17 degrees north of the equator. It is the largest of the Leeward Islands with a population of approximately 68,000. The island has a glorious climate with temperatures ranging from mid-seventies in the winter to mid-eighties in the summer, its annual rainfall averages at a mere 45 inches, making it the sunniest of all the Caribbean islands and a delightful holiday destination.
Throughout history Antigua’s unique features have been widely observed; its warm steady winds, complex coastline of safe harbours and protective, practically unbroken wall of coral reef attracted Lord Horatio Nelson in 1784, he noted it was the perfect place to hide a fleet and so Antigua became Great Britain’s most important Caribbean base. Over 200 years later little did Lord Nelson know that the same characteristics that attracted him and his Royal Navy would transform Antigua into one of the Caribbean’s premier tourist destinations.
The same signs exist today, but they have different uses and appeals. The trade winds that would once have blown British Soldiers safely into the English harbour now fuel one of the world’s foremost maritime events – ‘Sailing Week,’ which draws tourists, keen sailor’s and sport lovers from far and wide. The expansive winding coastline that made Antigua incredibly difficult for outsiders to navigate their way around is where todays hikers, trekkers and those looking for active and adventure filled holidays encounter an enormous wealth of secluded, powdery soft beaches. The coral reefs, once the bane of invading enemy ships, now attract snorkelers and scuba divers from all over the world; they are arguably some of the most beautiful in the Caribbean.
Antigua is home to 365 white and pink sand beaches, gloriously vast and relaxing but offering adventure and excitement for those wanting a more active holiday.
