Secluded yet just a stone's throw from the main part of action on Bequia, Flamingo Villa has one of the worlds best voted beaches, Princess Margaret Beach, on its door step with yacht anchorage in the bay and water taxis easily available to take you to town or other beaches. You are secluded here yet only 5 minutes from two more swimming beaches, water sports, sailing and tennis facilities plus all the boutiques, restaurants and markets of the islands international yachting harbour, Port Elizabeth.
The Flamingo villa shares beautiful garden grounds with it’s sister villa Turtle Point. Guests retain their privacy at all times using separate routes to the beach and individual villa entrances.
Both Flamingo and Turtle Point are perfect for romantic getaways, weddings, honeymoons, fun-filled family vacations and executive retreats. Each villa is private, however, and neither encroaches upon the other as they each have separate private entrances.
They share a wonderful pool area, surrounded by a large deck that is easily accessible from both villas and perfect for barbecues, relaxed pool-side dining and sun worshipping. Shaded seating can be enjoyed under the gazebo whilst enjoying yet again more stunning views of the ocean and also beautiful lush foliage and greenery in the surrounding garden areas. Should you prefer the gently lapping waters of the Caribbean Sea, the beautiful and un-spoilt Princess Margaret Beach is a mere twenty second walk downhill from the villas and only a short water taxi or drive away from the busy harbour of Port Elizabeth.
The beach, approximately a mile long, beckons with the crystal clear water and brilliant white sand for which Bequia is known.

The tiny island of Bequia has a unique, magical charm which is hard to find anywhere else in the Caribbean. With fewer than six thousand inhabitants, it feels like home from the moment you arrive; friendliness is the watchword, and the pace is relaxed and easy-going. Don't be surprised if you are greeted with a warm hello as you walk along the street - a centuries-old dependence on inter-island shipping and trading has meant that Bequian’s have been eagerly welcoming visitors to their shores for generations.
The island's enduring seafaring heritage is one of its most striking features. Virtually every Bequian family has some connection to the sea either past or present, and today's fishermen, sailors and boat-builders are quietly proud to share their marine traditions with newcomers to the island.
Bequia fulfils many dreams of the perfect small Caribbean island: beautiful sandy beaches where more than ten people may constitute a crowd, lush green hillsides, attractive little villages, intimate, well run hotels and guest houses, hardly any traffic, places to get together and places in which to find that perfect solitude. Variety and choice on such a small island may come as a surprise - but you will find both in every area.
Choose a holiday of total beach relaxation or exhilarating sailing and diving in some of the most beautiful waters in the world. Get to know the island on foot, or hire a car, either way there is so much to be see and discover; take day or overnight trips to neighbouring isles or simply fill up another perfect day simply doing nothing beneath the glorious sun.
A choice of nightlife too awaits you - gourmet international cuisine, or delicious local cooking; elegant cocktails or sun downers in a local bar; a lively jump up to steel band music or a wonderfully romantic candlelit dinner far away from it all.
And then of course there are the warm tropical nights, with an orchestra of singing cicadas and gently murmuring surf, and the brilliance of the star-studded sky which tells you, if you didn't already know - that this is where you have always wanted to be.
