Seaside Cottage is an adorable private home at famous Round Hill. Its exquisite location provides one of the most spectacular views in the Caribbean. This sweet villa is hidden from the awareness of others ... yet only minutes from all amenities of the prestigious Round Hill resort.

Interiors are designed around a unique blend of specially commissioned Balinese and Jamaican furnishings and original art. Floors are cool Italian tile. While meals typically are served al fresco in the poolside gazebo, guests also have the option of an indoor dining room. A state-of-the-art telephone system in every room. Intercoms enable easy communication among all bedrooms, kitchen and staff quarters. Televisions in each bedroom are individually controlled. In the living room is also a stereo with CD player, DVD/VCR and a 32” television. All rooms share a breathtaking view over the 10-mile stretch of azure sea that separates Round Hill from the town of Montego Bay, a panorama beyond description day and night. From the pool terrace, an expansive lawn sweeps down to the sea.

Rise early to catch the visual magic of a Jamaican sunrise kissing the landscape with color and light. After a morning swim and breakfast, relax on the furnished poolside verandah. Here, both under roof and open to the brilliant sunshine, are sofas and chaises for sunning, reading and napping ... or merely reveling in pampered relaxation. Indulge in the bubbly hot tub with a rum punch under a Jamaican sunset before a delicious home-cooked candlelight dinner in the gazebo. After dark, the lights of the town of Montego Bay twinkle across the water, adding nighttime magic to this romantic hideaway.

For more activity, take a seven-minute walk down a tree-lined lane to Round Hill Hotel and beach club. Shuttle service is available if you prefer a two-minute ride to the beach. The new 4 seater golf cart is available for rent for a flat rate of $350 per week.

Totally private and self-contained, Seaside Cottage shares 10 acres with its sister property, Hillside Cottage - an older but much-loved 4-bedroom villa 100 meters uphill. The two villas can be rented together for a marvelous eight-bedroom compound with two swimming pools and a combined staff of ten. Dinners can be served to all guests at either property.

Montego Bay is Jamaica's tourism capital and arguably one of the Carribean's premier resort destinations. It is the island's second city in terms of size and importance and has long been a playground for the world's rich and famous. It is easily accessible, the city boasts a first class international airport, as well as a port used by many interntaional cruise lines.

Montego Bay is home to some of the most colourful and exquisite Villa's in the Carribean, which are complemented by an abundance of transport facilities and an unparralleled array of amenities and attractions, all of which contribute to Montego Bay's vibrant holiday culture. This city has a lively Carribean charm and each vacationer can embrace their own uniquely Jamaican experience.

The City's streets are colourful and lively, with craft market stalls, shops and banks. You can visit the renowned white-sand Doctor's Cave Beach which has attracted celebrities and socialites from all over the world. Legend tells that the beach is fed by healing mineral springs, whether or not the legend is true, the beach certainly holds the most uncommonly clear and sparkling waters.

As well as the Doctor's Cave, Montego Bay has many unique tourist attractions. Why not try one of the Undersea Tours? The Coral Sea has the appearance of a submarine but in reality is a boat with an air conditioned underwater viewing compartment, to sit and watch the wonders of Montego Bay's marine life park; coral, hundreds of tropical fish, turtles and sting rays.

As well as dazzling waters, Montego bay also offers history, culture and wildlife. The Rocklands Feeding station is a must for bird lovers, located only minutes from Montego Bay. The Belvedere estate also draws in tourists from every area, one of the first sugar cane plantations in Jamaica and is still a working estate. It's owner, Mr. Pat McGann has opened it to the public so that the estate may share it's natural beauty, rivers, waterfalls, ruins and exotic plants with tourists and the public.

For sport lovers, Montego Bay is home to 4 different golf courses, including the world famous Tryall Golf Club which sits in a stunning 2,200 acre estate with sweeping vistas down to the captivatingly blue Carribean Sea.

There are numerous spa's, restaurants, nightclubs, historic cites, watersports and adventure parks at your disposal as a vacationer at Montego Bay. The ideal holiday destination for families, couples and friends alike.

Conde Nast places the Tryall Club on its Gold List as one of the best places to stay in the world. The resort's 18 hillside and seaside fairways are accessible with in-house greens fees offered to the villa’s guests. Complimentary shuttles transport guests from the villa's front door to all locations within the resort.

Tryall offers a beauty salon offering massages and reflexology treatments, a large swimming pool at the Great House and a white sand private beach. Spend days on the sunny beach while waiters serve you from the beach bar. Snorkeling, kayaking, hobie cat sailing and sunfish sailing are complimentary, as are snorkels, masks and flippers. Play tennis on nine Nova Cushion courts, lighted for night play. Jog the trails, work out in the gym and utilize the complimentary Internet room. Enjoy the historic Great House with bar, boutiques, art gallery and fax machine. Enjoy afternoon tea at the Great House and the weekly Manager's cocktail party.
