Red Ginger villa is a peaceful and secluded property with excellent uninterrupted sunset views overlooking the island of St Kitts. The villa's living room is located off the Antilles-style verandah via French doors, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen is adjacent. Two king bedrooms (one with 4-poster) feature ensuite bathrooms with showers. Every room at Red Ginger has ceiling fans.

Red Ginger's lovely tropical garden encompasses 1.5 acres, with an attractive, private pool as the focus. The villa is less than a 2-minute drive to Oualie Beach (swimming, watersports) on Nevis's northwest coast, and the island's numerous activities (restaurants, championship golf, boating, catamaran trips, other beaches, hiking etc) are 5-15 minutes away by car. Nevis's historic capital of Charlestown is 10 minutes from the villa.

Clients are required to provide a Visa or MasterCard number together with a signature on a credit card agreement letter, that authorises debiting of the card up to two weeks after departure for any loss or damage to the Villa or its contents, and up to three months for overseas phone calls, fax calls and other incidentals.

The Client shall leave the property and all the furniture fixtures and effects in good order and shall inform the company or the Owner or the Owner's staff promptly of any damage to the property or its contents during occupation. The Client undertakes to pay for all such damage (fair wear and tear excepted) and for any missing items and all proper charges in relation to the supply of agreed utilities.

Low Season: 15th April - 15th December
1 bed/1 bath: USD $1,100 per week.
2 bed/2 bath: USD $1,400 per week.
