The cottage may be rented separately or together with the 4 bedroom, exclusive Leamington Pavilion next door. There is a reef in front of Leamington Cottage and a sandy beach a few minutes walk either north or south of the property. The Cobblers Cove beach is a 5 minute walk north of the Cottage.

Clients are required to provide a Visa or MasterCard number together with a signature on a credit card agreement letter, that authorises debiting of the card up to two weeks after departure for any loss or damage to the Villa or its contents, and up to three months for overseas phone calls, fax calls and other incidentals.

The Client shall leave the property and all the furniture fixtures and effects in good order and shall inform the company or the Owner or the Owner's staff promptly of any damage to the property or its contents during occupation. The Client undertakes to pay for all such damage (fair wear and tear excepted) and for any missing items and all proper charges in relation to the supply of agreed utilities.

An 8.75% charge for VAT will be added.
