Aquamare Estate

Aquamare is a secluded enclave comprised of three 8,000 sq.ft., 5-bedroom villas, each situated on a different elevation and surrounded by lush landscaping for maximum privacy, yet angled to maximize views of the breathtaking Sir Francis Drake Channel.

Guests have the rare option of renting more than one villa, or even all three, to accommodate large gatherings of up to 36 people in one private enclave. Aquamare's private Beach Park is the ideal setting for destination weddings and small meetings.

Each of the 8000 square-foot private villas have 5 guestrooms (3 of them en-suite master bedrooms), spacious living areas, professional-grade kitchens and unobstructed views of the islets in Drake Channel, affording some of the most breathtaking sunsets in the Caribbean.

A separate Concierge House is located on the property to provide attentive guest services at every turn.

The Aquamare Villas are located in Mahoe Bay; situated upon the beach and hillside they are ideal for carribean family vacations or a romantic getaway.

All Carribean vilas within Mahoe Bay are designed and furnished lovingly by their owners. There are only 17 Villas within the area making Mahoe bay an ideal location to enjoy time with friends and family in an initimate setting surrounded by the sandy beach and the private tennis court.

Mahoe Bay, located to the north of Savannah Bay and Pond Bay, is a serene stretch of sand protected from the current of the Sir Frances Drake channel by two reefs. Mahoe Bay beach stretches for half a mile providing a seemingly unoccupied private beach to the vacations villas at Mahoe Bay.

The series of beachfront villas set back from the breakwater, and the "hillside" villas set back about 100 yards and elevated from the beach occupy the semi circle around Mahoe Bay. Each of the beachfront and hillside villas provide private pools and stunning gardens for their guest’s enjoyment.

Spa Services:
The Aquamare Villas were designed to bring a line of signature spa treatments to the privacy and comfort of your room. Treatments include deep tissue or hot stone massages, as well as detox body wraps. Guests have the freedom to choose where they would like their treatments, be it in the master suite, on the private balcony, perhaps a water-based treatment in the outdoor shower room, or under the shade of a thatched palapa at the waters edge.
