Indo Villa is a fully serviced villa on a gated 3 acre estate, with breathtaking views over St John, Tortola, and Jost Van Dyke.

The cobblestone courtyard leads to a coral stone entrance. Indochine is an old world rambling Caribbean villa with fully 25 pairs of arched french doors leading indoors and out from indoor rooms to outdoor logias and back again. Every one of its rooms can be closed off by their french doors and air conditioned, or opened to the soft Caribbean air. Whole walls of the dining room and kitchen can be pushed back to expose private indoor/outdoor gardens frequented by hummingbirds as you dine.

Indo is a fully serviced villa on a gated 3 acre estate, boasting over 4,350 sqft of interior space. Indo's electronic gate ushers you into the cobblestone courtyard, and stairs lead up to the coral stone entrance with french doors. Just off the foyer is a very spacious en suite bedroom; on the other side of the foyer is the large air-conditioned living room with a TV and DVD media system. The villa has cable TV and wifi throughout. The living room opens on to a roofed and tiled terrace just outside.

An air-conditioned dining area for eight, enclosed by french doors, adjoins the lanai. The kitchen is fantastic. A bank of windows along one entire wall frame fantastic ocean views punctuated by Grass, Mingo and Thatch Cays, and Congo and Lovango islets, with the green islands of St. John, Tortola and Jost Van Dyke looming on the blue horizon. An antique Indian handpainted kitchen table is the spot for breakfast in this airy kitchen.

Three air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites are situated between the living room and the kitchen and dining room - a hallway from living room accesses a king suite, a queen suite and the king master suite. All bedroom/bath suites are fashioned in clean, sleek Indonesian style, featuring all-organic mattresses. The queen suite has french doors which open out to the east patio, and the king suite opens to the flat expanse of green lawn outside. The king master suite offers an adjoining dressing area with closets and a large bath with an exotic bamboo-lined alfresco shower. French doors lead from this suite out to a tiled patio, where a staircase leads to the pool and terrace.

The pool terrace looks out over the grand panorama of islands to limitless ocean and sky. There is also a hot tub (no jets) on the pool terrace; the pool and hot tub may be heated for an additional fee, which must be prepaid.
