With just four private villas in the estate, we invite you to experience the exclusive comfort of this boutique village design and the Caribbean hospitality of our staff. If this is your first time visiting Anguilla we are certain you will fall in love with the island before your vacation holiday is complete.

The villa features two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a large, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area. Wooden cathedral ceilings, granite counter tops, and West Indian tiling bring the interior of the villa to life.

A private splash pool and large outdoor area give you an intimate place to relax in the sun or entertain company at night. Vibrant tropical landscaping flourishes throughout the property and adorns the outside of the villa, creating a colorful sense of privacy.

We firmly believe in doing as little as possible when visiting Anguilla, but if you decide to make a meal, whip up a snack, or have a private chef prepare a delicious dinner, our kitchens are equipped to handle all of your needs.

Additionally, the villa offers free Wifi and free calls to North America and many European countries.

Meads Bay is a mile long stretch of tropical Caribbean perfection! With over seventy restaurants to chose from you could fill an entire vacation eating! Anguilla has become the new culinary destination in the Caribbean, and our front desk will help you make reservations at the best restaurants on the island. We encourage you to sample everything Anguilla has to offer, from the renowned, five-star establishments to the hidden gems that only the locals know. And don’t forget about the roadside barbecues...they’re delicious!

After you fill your belly we recommend trying out some of the tropical activities the island offers. Spend the day sailing in the Anguillian breeze or charter a boat and go scuba diving on the natural reef. You can play a round of golf on the Greg Norman Championship Course or pamper yourself with spa treatments on the beach. Then, after a day of great eating and island living, take your friends and family to a beach bar and dance to live reggae music.

If you have never been to Anguilla before, there is one thing you should know: the Anguillan people are delightful! There are fourteen thousand people that call Anguilla home, and they are truly the island’s greatest natural resource. That may seem bold given the island’s thirty-three world class beaches, but explore the island for a day or two and we are certain that you will agree.
