This majestic 4 bedroom villa sits on one acre of stunning oceanfront property and is a short stroll to one of the finest beaches in the world. With more than 7000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor living space, the house is designed for relaxation, entertainment and privacy in a striking contemporary style.

An architectural showpiece, it features soft arches, grand spiral staircases, lighted domes and curved lines throughout. The top floor of the villa boasts two master suites that overlook the breathtaking turquoise waters of Shoal Bay East. Each air-conditioned suite is tastefully decorated in minimalist style and features king-sized beds, Ralph Lauren bedding, eclectic art pieces, whisper quiet ceiling fans and large ensuite bathrooms.

Two additional guest bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms reside off the Main level with equally gorgeous views of the ocean and surrounding grounds. These rooms feature queen sized beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, rare art pieces and soft lighting.

The main floor offers ceiling to floor "windows to the sea" that automatically open at the touch of a button and disappear into the walls to reveal sweeping views of the large pool deck, infinity edged heated pool and the endless blue of the ocean just beyond. A beautiful wraparound veranda is the perfect spot for lounging or al fresco dining, day and night.

The villa's design allows continuous cooling trade winds from the east to meander through the spacious living and dining areas adjacent to the pool deck as well as the state of the art Poggenpohl kitchen. A large inviting mid century sofa adorns the living room as well as a collection of unique objet d'arts. The dining table seats up to ten in style and is ideal for dinners served in tropical elegance. The spacious Spanish red hi-gloss kitchen is every chef's dream and features Miele as well as Sub Zero appliances.

A billiard/entertainment room complete the main floor. Guests can relax in comfort with a full bar and 50 inch plasma flat screen television. Guests also enjoy a complimentary car rental during their entire stay (4-seat SUV. Insurance and Anguilla driver's license not included).

Just eight miles north of the dual nation island of St Martin/Sint Maarten, Anguilla boasts some of the best beaches and finest dining in the world. The villa is located in one of the most stunning locations on Anguilla, and around the world: Shoal Bay East. Famous for its designation as the "Best Beach in the World" by The Discovery Channel and The Travel Channel, Shoal Bay East is arguably the finest beach you will ever lay eyes upon.

Stroll down its mile of pristine white sand, as smooth as talcum powder, gaze out at the shoals and coral reefs set in between crystal clear sand bars, and enjoy a variety of food and drink at a number of beach bar and restaurants that dot the shoreline. Shoal Bay East is rarely crowded and is perfect for sunning, strolling, snorkeling and just enjoying pure Caribbean bliss.

The Island of Anguilla is serviced by a few local and regional airlines with American Eagle providing daily direct service from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Travellers also have the option of flying direct into Princess Juliana Airport in Sint Maarten (SXM) then transfering to a private boat or sea shuttle from the airport which takes about 30 minutes to arrive on Anguilla. Major Airlines with direct flights from the US East coast are: Jet Blue, USAirways, Delta, United, Continental and American Airlines. European flights include Air France, KLM, Corsair and Air Holland. Major Canadian airlines include Air Canada and Air Transat.

A private charter or scheduled regional airline from Princess Juliana Airport to Anguilla (AXA) is also available - flight time is approximately 10 minutes.

Public Ferry is another option from Marigot in French St. Martin which departs every 45 minutes between 8:15 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily. Taxi rides from Princess Juliana Airport take about 20 minutes. Travellers can expect another 20 minutes for the ferry ride to cross the waters to Anguilla.

Loved the house and the island! The artwork and sculptures are stunning! Also the light fixtures! The peace and privacy were exactly what we wanted. As a constructive criticism-more comfortable upscale sunloungers. Loved the Ralph Lauren stuff!
