Sea Villa is a luxurious private villa featuring 4 bedrooms. This wonderfully designed and furnished home, created by well-known architect, Lee Skolnick, features a unique blend of contemporary and classic Caribbean architecture and furnishings but, more importantly, provides a true indoor/outdoor island living experience with tremendous views over Rendezvous Bay beach, the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of St. Martin beyond.

The home is outfitted with all modern amenities and is fully furnished and decorated to reflect the owner's love of Anguilla, the beach and Caribbean style. Expansive glass windows and doors throughout frame enchanting views of the sea, mountains and sky.

The home is less than a five minute walk to the sands of Rendezvous Bay, one of the world's most beautiful beaches, allowing you to easily enjoy the powdery white sand, while having all the villa's conveniences within easy reach for a snack or cocktail.

In total there are four spacious bedrooms and four and a half baths. The villa features a Master Suite with bath ensuite, and private balcony capturing magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of St. Martin beyond. The Study on the lower level with its own private patio, completes the East Wing.

The West Wing's upper level hosts 2 guest bedrooms - one with a Queen Bed and the other with Twin Beds which can converted into a King Bed. Each has bath ensuite and opens onto a patio with fantastic views of the sea.

The lower level features an additional bedroom with queen size bed and bath ensuite, as well as complete laundry room and storage areas. A fully equipped chef's kitchen, spacious, open living and dining areas, and a screened in porch complete the main floor. The private infinity edge pool is surrounded by expansive decks for dining or sunbathing, furnished with loungers and umbrellas.

Anguilla is the most northerly of the Leeward Islands in the Eastern Caribbean, with latitude of approximately 18 degrees north and longitude of 63 degrees west. The island lies between the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, some five miles north of St. Maarten/St. Martin and one hundred fifty miles east of Puerto Rico.

Anguilla is comprised of several offshore islets, or cays, including Sandy Island, Dog Island, Prickley Pear Cays, Scrub Island, and Sombrero Island. It enjoys nearly perfect weather, usually in the mid-eighties, dry and breezy all year round.
