Welcome to North Hill Villa in Anguilla, British West Indies. This charming private villa offers an elegant and relaxed setting for a couple or a group of friends and family. The four bedroom Anguilla villa is perched on the ridge at North Hill overlooking Road Bay harbour and offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea, the surrounding islands, nightly tropical sunsets and the quaint village of Sandy Ground below.

Just five minutes from the airport, the villa offers all of today’s modern conveniences in a traditional West Indian setting. We invite you to rediscover your senses in Anguilla in the tranquility and seclusion of our intimate tropical setting and breathtaking vistas.

The villa captures the essence of Caribbean style and design with its relaxed and rejuvenating indoor-outdoor living spaces. This residence is inspired by a large indoor atrium and features the natural warmth of wood throughout, from our authentic bamboo floors to our round log roofs and our beach driftwood decor.

The villa features four spacious bedrooms, including two master suites with en-suite baths upstairs and two additional guest rooms - one on the main floor and the other on the lower level. The master suites capture magnificent views of the bay and offer gracious living, each with a king-sized pillow topped Sealy bed, private patio and natural stone bathroom that features an outdoor shower and a Jacuzzi hot tub. Both suites also provide air conditioning, ceiling fans and discreet in-room safes.

The main floor of this vacation villa hosts a guest bedroom with en-suite bath that opens onto a private patio adjacent to the pool deck. Two twin beds can be joined to make a king if preferred. Air conditioning along with ceiling fan ensures our guests complete comfort. The private bathroom features a shower with extra wide showerhead for the perfect shower! A state-of-the art fully equipped kitchen, cozy living and dining areas, powder room, laundry and garage, generous covered and open patios complete the main floor.

A newer addition is the Entertainment Bedroom Suite that features a king-sized bed, mini fridge, separate bathroom and an entertainment area with top of the line maple billiards table and electronic darts game.

Annexed to the entertainment studio is a fitness room with an elliptical machine and treadmill that is enclosed by sliding glass panels so our guests can enjoy full views and breezes while working out.

Outdoor living options abound. The open-air courtyard offers a warm welcome to the villa and brings the refreshing outdoors inside. Travertine brick pavers and the hand-carved Anguilla stone walls add to the elegant but cozy ambience. An infinity-edge pool gives the illusion of cascading water into the Caribbean Sea while the large pool deck provides several options for lounging by the pool, entertaining or dining under the stars.

Warm and welcoming, indescribable and incomparable, Anguilla is a traveler’s paradise. Blessed by Tropical tradewinds, surrounded by tranquil, turquoise waters, Anguilla is spectacular from sunrise to sunset. For a relaxed pace of life, away from the fast life, high rises, casinos and cruise ships, Anguilla offers rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. The people of Anguilla are in part what make it such a magnificent place. Genuinely gentle and gracious, Anguillians take great pride in their island and pleasure in sharing it with visitors from around the world. Guests and natives almost always share friendly “hellos” as they encounter each other across our island, and it’s not long until many know each other by name. The island itself is warm and welcoming, small and secluded.

Anguilla is the most northerly of the Leeward Islands in the Lesser Antilles. Approximately 35 square miles, it is flat and low-lying, comprised of coral and limestone and covered mostly with rock, sparse scrub oak, few trees and some salt ponds. The island’s rich history is embodied in its culture and heritage. From the ancient Amerindian settlements through European colonization to its 1967 Revolution, these and other events are woven into the tapestry of Anguilla’s life and passed on with honor and pride from generation to generation.

Anguilla is, simply put, a beach lover’s paradise! Voted the best beaches in the world by The Travel Channel, Anguilla boasts 33 powder white, stunning beaches, each with its own personality and appeal. The villa overlooks the calm tranquil waters of Road Bay Beach and habour in Sandy Ground, while the turquoise water and white sands of Katouche Bay, Crocus Bay, Little Bay and Limestone Bay dot the coast only a few minutes away.

Shoal Bay East, about 10 minutes drive away, carries the undisputed title as Anguilla’s most popular beach with its many hotels, bars and restaurants. Be sure to bring your camera as Shoal Bay East offers the most spectacular photo ops on Anguilla!

For beach-strollers, Rendezvous Bay and Meads Bay beaches both offer 2 miles of pure joy, while Island Harbour beach gives visitors a chance to purchase fresh fish and lobster from local fisherman right off the pier! Whichever beach you chose as your favourite you can be sure that all of Anguilla’s beaches offer simple tranquil pleasures and a rejuvenation of the soul.

There's always a choice of activities on Anguilla…day and night. Lazy beach days to rejuvenate your body and lift your spirit are just the beginning. Tour art galleries and museums, motorboat to an offshore cay for a secluded picnic, shop our unique boutiques and gift shops or horseback ride on the beach and in the Caribbean Sea…whatever your energy dictates is available to you on Anguilla and neighboring St. Martin. Each day of your visit can bring a different water sport adventure, or the solo pleasure of a shaded beach chair and that novel you’ve been waiting to read!

Eating is a big part of the Anguilla Experience. The island offers more gourmet restaurants per square mile than New York City! Gastronomic pleasures abound on this 35 square mile island, from beach and road side fare to 5 star restaurants.

The Villa is centrally located only two minutes Sandy Ground Village, which offers several restaurants that cater to every budget including VEYA, The Cafe at VEYA, Ripples, Roy’s Bayside Grill, Barrel Stay Restaurant, Reggae Reef Bar and Grill, Yard Style Restaurant, Johnno’s Beach Stop, Sammy’s Beach Bar, The Pumphouse and Elvis Beach Bar. Just around the corner is Corner Bar Pizza, which serves some of the island’s best pizzas. Several other restaurants and beach bars are just a short drive away such as Paspy's, Tasty’s, E’s Oven, Davida’s, and The Overlook.

From Continental to French, American to Caribbean, Thai to Italian, Anguilla’s restaurants are sure to please every palate. Other guest favourites include Luna Rosa, Straw Hat, SandBar, Davida’s, Hibernia, Jacala, Koal Keel, Blue, Pimms, Michael Rostang at Malliouhana, Trattoria Tramonto, Blanchard’s, Kuya, Gwen’s Reggae Grill, Oliver’s and Klassique Café.

We had a great time in Anguilla as we always do. The Villa was awesome, we enjoyed the location and its Spanish courtyard style. We would absolutely come back again. We come to Anguilla for its beaches, but once we arrived, it took us a few days to get to the beach because we enjoyed the villa so much. Thanks it was first class.

I just wanted to say thank you for letting Nicole and I stay at your house for our Honeymoon. We had the most unbelievable time, and Erlene and Monica were both very helpful. Everything was first class, and we are thankful for the memories we will have our entire lives.

Looking forward to our fifth year at the villa. The house, the view, and the hospitality of both the staff and the owners keep us (and our friends) coming back. After returning to Anguilla twice a year for over 25 years, we are glad we found the villa and everything it encompasses. Kudos!

Your villa is gorgeous! Everything we hope for and more. When we saw the pictures on the net we thought your villa was beautiful but the reality of it is even lovelier.
