The house is situated within easy reach of the Green Grotto Caves, Enchanted Gardens, Dunns River Falls, Fern Gully, Dolphin Cove and many Craft Market outlets, boasting an abundance of indigenous skills.

Holidays need to have that special touch such as large swimming pools, gymnasium and private beach in close vicinity. These amenities are all included and private to your group. They are tended by a management company to ensure you receive top quality service.

Each bedroom suite comes complete with bathroom, inclusive of a heated spa bath, digital electronic safe, and air conditioning, as well as your own personal balcony to relax at your leisure and enjoy the cool Caribbean breeze and spectacular views.

The property is located in a gated community, adding that extra comfort of 24x7 security once you retire to your home so you will not be disturbed unless you want to be.

Bedrooms and Other
This seven bedroom villa comes with seven ensuite/spa bath and shower rooms, room safes, cable TV, internet access and radio, wifi, hair dryers and air-conditioning.

Six of the bedrooms come with Balconies offering spectacular sea or mountain views and the other room has a panoramic view of the front garden and to the rear the pool with waterfall.

Kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities are superb. Towels, bedding and linen are provided. TV, Video, DVD and stereo are included for your viewing and listening pleasure with over 60 TV channels from which to choose.

The Jamaican golf scene is buzzing with refurbished classics as well as sparkling new resort venues sure to knock your socks off. Montego Bay is home to the country's best courses, but challenging tracks are scattered across the brilliant countryside.

The calm waters off Jamaicas north coast create ideal conditions for a variety of watersports, all of which are offered at the various resorts. In line with the conservation credo fostered by caring local activists, large marine parks dot the coast and in these areas only non-motorised watersports are allowed.

Snorkelling is always fun with a rainbow world of dancing fish waiting just below the surface, giant rays that drift sedately by and wonderful corals and sea fans to admire.

The diving is amazing with wall dives, several excellent wreck dives and an underwater wonder, the incredible submerged city of Port Royal. In the devastating earthquake of 1692 the city slid into the ocean and legend has it that if you listen carefully you can still hear the church bell tolling

Aside from the world famous tourist attractions, Jamaica also offers a wealth of historical information, cultural symbolism and places of interest that deserve a look while you happen to be passing through.

There is plenty of fun and entertaiment at night: dance clubs, bars, parties, festivals, shows, restaurants, live music bands and all that. The idea is to go out and have good old-fashioned fun.

This place is a must see. The pool the private beach the staff knowing your name and catering to your needs was an absolute luxury. If you want your private piece of Jamaica without the hassle of vendors trying to get you to buy every thing and having your holiday ruined by the negative experience of two many people too little space, then this is the place to come and like us you will be planning your return trip before you leave.

The time I spent at the villa was quite simply amazing. The house and gardens were all immaculately maintained and the staff really went out of there way to take care of us. I personally found that lying by the pool was the perfect way to unwind from the rigours of work and would certainly recommend it to all of my friends. If you are looking for a place to stay in Ocho Rios then look no further.

I had a fantastic time when I went to Jamaica on 13th June 2007; I really didn't want to come home! It is extremely well maintained and very spacious. We spent most days laying round the pool and Jacuzzi area which are surrounded by lovely gardens, you really don't feel like you need to go anywhere else! The staffs were very attentive but not intrusive and the cooking was superb - real authentic Jamaican food! We found the surrounding area to be very picturesque and relaxing, and the beach - which is a short walk away - is lovely, very warm sea and practically deserted white sand. We found there was plenty to do in Ocho Rios and we had a couple of very enjoyable excursions out to Dunns River and the Botanical Gardens, both of which are just down the road. There are also plenty of local bars and restaurants around but we really didn't feel the need to stray far!

The house is of a very high specification and the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Every detail has been thought of and it is very child friendly. Ocho Rios is a very nice town and simple to get to from the house, we discovered some excellent restaurants and being in such close proximity to all the major attractions means we were never bored of things to do. The staff are what really makes the place special though, very friendly with just the right level of attention, great food and helpful in everyway. We feel very fortunate to have spent time at this amazing house, and happily recommend it to anybody.

I want to tell you how very much we enjoyed our stay. The staff is great, everything was clean and bright, the grounds, plants and flowers are beautifully kept. The pool and Jacuzzi area was excellent for relaxing in the sunshine with some reggae beats in the background and a nice cool drink in your hand. We'll definitely go back. I would like to thank you for an excellent time that we had at your Villa. The Villa is magnificent - very spacious, very Well equipped and with a swimming pool and surrounding grounds that kept the kids entertained for hours. Miss Kelly and her team were First Class and ensured that we had a Relaxing time and that our every need was taken care of. The food was excellent and by having the meals prepared for us in the house we were able to sample home-cooked Jamaican Food that is difficult to find in hotels or restaurants. It really was like a home-away-from-home (except that I didn't have to lift a finger to help with the housework for a whole week - and that is NOT like home). Please pass on our thanks to all the staff and ensure that they know that we really do appreciate all their efforts in making our stay so enjoyable.
Jamaica is a lovely island and by staying at the villa we were able to Make the most of our time there and enjoy the island to the full - despite Having the distractions of 5 energetic children. Simply excellent holiday home. I spent a week with friends. We were in Jamaica for another friend's wedding. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely sensational. Sandra, the chef, was the most accommodating and talented lady one could hope for. And the villa is truly luxurious- even the photos here don't do it justice. You have access to the beach 5 minutes walk away and are a short cab ride from Oche proper and the beautiful Dunn's river. The villa offers a relaxing and authentic alternative to the generic all-inclusives nearby (although day passes mean you can see the other side pretty easily). I would have no hesitation recommending this place to all and sundry and my only regret was that i had to come home.
