Tranquil Villa enjoys spectacular views over the Caribbean/Atlantic oceans and the cooling breezes of the trade-winds. This not only makes it comfortable throughout the year but also that rare location - a mosquito free zone. The house is accessed through the golf course, and as a result guests have membership of the St Lucia Golf Club providing unlimited, half-price golf on this championship course during their stay.

The main tourist area of Rodney Bay with supermarkets, shopping mall, marina and restaurants is only 10 min by car. Several beaches and a national trust park are located nearby together with a wide variety of sporting activities.

Situated in landscaped, tropical gardens cut from the natural St Lucian environment, the villa has 5500 sq ft of living space spread over three levels, each taking full advantage of the stunning, uninterrupted sea views.

Bedrooms
The lower level pool deck has ample space for sun loungers in both sun and shade where guests can relax with a drink at the bar or on the in-pool seats. For the more energetic the 45ft lap lane and the gym with rowing machine and fitness equipment provide the opportunity to get the heart rate up.

All main rooms are large, airy and finished to a high standard. Italian tiles throughout, kitchen units, closets and furniture handmade by the islands best carpenter and appliances, furnishings and furniture imported from Europe combine to give a feel of quality hard to find in the Caribbean. There are 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom.

The spacious lounge with ceiling fans, over sized sofas, TV and DVD player with DVD library, electric piano and wireless broadband internet opens onto a deep terrace that runs the length of the villa and provides full-sun and shade areas at all times of day.

The kitchen with ceiling fan is fully equipped and there are a variety of formal and informal dining areas; the lounge, terraces and pool deck.

Tranquil villa has membership to the prestigious Saint Lucia Golf and Country Club which is 2 minutes drive away. This provides two guests with two free rounds of golf per week (cart hire of $30 each applies for all members). Subsequent rounds are at the greatly discounted green fee rate of $60 per person plus cart (normal rates would be $145). Golf clubs and shoes are available for hire.

This outstanding 6771 yard par-71 course is set amongst the scenic rolling hills of Cap Estate and overlooks both the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. An impressive new US style clubhouse with pro-shop, bars, lounges including TV lounge, grill and restaurant was completed in April 2008 and where players can relax on a large terrace overlooking challenging par 3 18th.

For families travelling with children we have the following equipment available for your convenience: portable crib, bed rail, high chair, baby gates, toys and books, baby bath, umbrella stroller, pool floats, kids video library, pool gate. Our cooking staff will be happy to prepare some special meal for your children if necessary.

For Business Retreats we are able to set up one of our rooms as a meeting room with conference table and flipchart. By request you can utilize our computer facility to check your email, receive fax messages or use our copy machine.

In addition we can organise treatments such as massages, manicures and pedicures on site.

We are located close to some of the best dive spots in St. Lucia and will be happy to organise group dives or certification programs for your group.

The St. Lucia Golf & Country Club is only five minutes away by car and we will be happy to make reservations for you and your family and friends for a game of 9 or 18 holes ahead of time.
