Villa Viva is a brand new, luxurious, fully air-conditioned 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom beachfront villa in a secluded, private setting on the western shores of beautiful Virgin Gorda. Every room faces west with 8'x10' sliding glass doors that provide ocean and beach views as well as breathtaking sunsets.

The villa is a secluded, luxurious beachfront villa nestled on the western shore of Virgin Gorda. Privacy is paramount, and the sunsets are sublime. Mere steps from the turquoise Caribbean Sea, the sound of crashing waves accents each room in this delightful new property.

Barefoot elegance meets modern design with crisp, clean décor, that comfortably accomodates up to 10 lucky guests. Each room, resplendent with luxury linens and pillows offers unrivalled water and beach views and the sound of the ocean less than a stone’s throw away. Relax and enjoy the media room with its 52" flat-screen TV, Bose surround-sound and Sony Playstation 3, all complemented by a library of DVD's and games.

Expansive decks surround the large infinity-edged pool. From this sun-drenched vantage point, you can see 14 islands, from St. Johns in the distance to the Seal Dogs a mile or so away. A few steps down the artisanal stonework pathways brings you to a virtually private beach where you can enjoy secluded walks or fabulous snorkeling. Kayaks await those wishing to explore the nearby beaches and rock grottoes.

Villa Conditions
- 15% service charge and 7% tax are not included in the rates and must be added on.
- Check-in: 3:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 A.M.
- Housekeeping: The house will be clean on arrival. Daily housekeeping is included in the rental rate with the exception of service on Sundays unless by special arrangement.
- Personal laundry is done by our housekeeper for a small fee.
