Tree Villa

The villa sits on 23,000 sq ft of land and consists of three beds and 2 1/2 baths with panoramic views of the beach and bay. It also boasts a private outdoor courtyard and private pool.

In addition there is a large (723 sq ft) one bed, one bath guest cottage which is next too the main villa and part of the rental.

Harbour Island is approximately 3.5 miles long by 1.5 miles wide and is located approximately two miles east of mainland Eleuthera.

It was once the capital of the Bahamas and the second largest city to Nassau in the 1900s, the current population is estimated to be between 1,500 and 2,000.

The island’s tropical greenery stretches out to meet the warm, pink-hued sand beaches it is famous for. Its resorts and the warm Briland hospitality housed in the quaint New England architecture of the island’s Loyalist history add to nature’s palette. Rows of century-old trees border narrow flower-lined streets. It’s a sight not to be missed!

Tree villa is located 50 miles east of Nassau on Harbour Island and can easily be reached from anywhere in the United States as well as from any major city in Europe and South America. The resort is 20 minutes from the North Eleuthera Aiport (ELH) by land and by water taxi transportation.

From Europe: British Airways flies direct London to Nassau and then we recommend connecting on a 20 minute charter flights from Nassau to North Eleuthera. So guests do NOT need to overnight in Nassau.

There is a fast Ferry that leaves Nassau daily for Harbour Island.

Villa Conditions
- 3 night minimum stay year-round.
- 5 night minimum stay during Christmas/New Year.
